Minor toilet repair (flapper, handle, fill valve, etc.) $85+ Materials

Unclogging Toilets – Emergency Service (Available after 6PM Mon–Fri $150, and 24 hours on Sat & Sun $275)

Light fixture replacement $125+ Materials

Minor drywall patch (small holes or dings) $75-125 + Materials

Ceiling fan installation $150+ Materials

Touch-up painting on walls and trim $75 Min $3.25 Per Sqft

Hanging shelves or storage racks $125 min

Replacing HVAC air filters $40+ Materials

Replacing worn-out caulking around tubs, sinks, or windows (Price upon consultation)

Faucet replacement $150+ Materials

Outlet or light switch replacement $125 min+Materials $50 for each additional one during the same visit.

Furniture assembly (per piece, standard size)

~ Small items (chairs, nightstands, end tables): $50 – $100 each

~ Medium items (dressers, bookshelves, desks, TV stands): $100 – $150 each

~ Large/complex items (beds, wardrobes, sectionals, outdoor playsets, exercise equipment): $150 – $300+ each
